The free plan is offered with a monthly usage limit. Paid plans include the additional features described on the Pricing page and are billed according to the plan you choose.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce unlawful content, infringe on others' rights, or in a way that damages the service's infrastructure.

5. Intellectual property

The app itself (interface, code, branding) belongs to us. The prompts you build and the content you generate with them belong to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
